Dr. Putrus is board certified in gastroenterology and internal medicine. He graduated from University of Al-Mustansiriyah, College Of Medicine in 2008 top 10 of his class. Dr. Putrus completed an Internal Medicine residency at Trihealth-Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati Ohio in 2016 and completed his gastroenterology fellowship at Ascension Providence Hospital-Michigan State University in 2019. He is a clinical assistant professor at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Putrus speaks Arabic and Chaldean.
